As we celebrate 15 years of Halloween at Kelburn, we’re looking for dedicated event stewards to help us deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.
What the role involves:

Assisting with crowd management and ensuring smooth guest flow through the event

Helping visitors feel welcome, safe, and informed

Supporting the event team and performers where needed

Being a calm, reassuring presence in a lively, sometimes unpredictable environment
What you’ll need:

Strong communication and people skills

Reliability, patience, and a professional attitude

The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet

Stamina and resilience – this is an outdoor, night-time role in all weather conditions (from rain and wind to cold autumn nights)
Important details:

Stewards must arrange their own transport to and from Kelburn Castle & Estate, Largs
