Applications for Kelburn Nightmare 2025 are now closed.

As we celebrate 15 years of Halloween at Kelburn, we’re looking for dedicated event stewards to help us deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.

What the role involves:

  • Assisting with crowd management and ensuring smooth guest flow through the event

  • Helping visitors feel welcome, safe, and informed

  • Supporting the event team and performers where needed

  • Being a calm, reassuring presence in a lively, sometimes unpredictable environment

What you’ll need:

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Reliability, patience, and a professional attitude

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet

  • Stamina and resilience – this is an outdoor, night-time role in all weather conditions (from rain and wind to cold autumn nights)

Important details:

  •  Stewards must arrange their own transport to and from Kelburn Castle & Estate, Largs

  • Applicants must be 18+
